- 01We use a cross-subsidy model. After a socio-economic assessment by our Social Work Department, costs may be subsidised or waived. No patient is turned away for lack of funds.

The Transition Process: When a doctor moves on, we conduct departmental briefings where complex cases are discussed. Your new consultant is encouraged to spend extra time during your first transition visit to listen to your concerns, ensuring they don't just know your "case number," but they know you. Our Philosophy: At DHH, you are a patient of the institution. Our entire team—from the nursing staff to the senior consultants—shares a unified culture of care, so the level of empathy and attention you receive remains constant.
